After the successful conclusion of the Hangzhou Asian Games, we look back on this grand event and cannot help but praise the environmental protection facilities and technological power that worked silently behind the scenes. Among them, the Mirror Mountain Resource Recycling Centre and the Deqing County Green Recycling Transfer Centre, which were constructed with the participation of Qunfeng Heavy Industry, provided a favourable guarantee for the rubbish collection, transportation and resource utilization of the Hangzhou Asian Games.
Mirror Mountain Resource Recycling Centre
With a total land area of 47,300 square metres, the project is the fifth large-scale domestic waste transfer station in Hangzhou and the first large-scale domestic waste resource utilisation project in Linping District. The project is designed to transfer 1,500 tonnes of domestic waste per day, and 400 tonnes of food waste and kitchen waste per day. The daily power generation capacity of the project is up to 22,000 degrees. Shandong Qunfeng Heavy Industry Science and Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for the process design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of the food waste pre-treatment system. The project adopts the process of "bag-breaking drum screening + magnetic separation + fine crushing + extrusion dewatering + slurry desanding + wet anaerobic fermentation system + biogas power generation", which realises "the best of both worlds" in waste treatment and resource utilisation, and helps Hangzhou to be "waste-free Asian Games". Deqing County Green Cycle Transfer Centre
The project is located on the east side of the intersection of Yongping Road and Moganshan Avenue, Fuxi Street, Deqing County, with a total land area of about 16,800 square metres and a design capacity of 500 tonnes per day. The project adopts a fully buried, rear-mounted vertical compression and transfer process, which ensures the efficiency of waste treatment while minimising the environmental impact and contributes to the "Waste-free Asian Games" in Deqing.
