For mixed metal materials with complex compositions, PEAKS-ECO’s processing line adopts a fully integrated “Shredding–Screening–Separation” closed-loop design. At the front end, a twin-shaft shear shredder tears mixed materials into uniformly sized particles, effectively liberating metals from non-metallic components. At the core separation stage, the system is equipped with high-sensitivity magnetic separation and eddy current separation technologies. Powerful magnetic separators efficiently recover ferrous materials, while eddy current separators accurately extract non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum, maximizing metal recovery rates.

The production line not only focuses on precision but also emphasizes purity. For incineration bottom ash and industrial waste streams containing high levels of impurities, the system incorporates AI-powered optical sorting technology. Through near-infrared (NIR) identification, material purity is further enhanced, enabling recovered metals to be directly utilized as smelting feedstock.
