ㆍKitchen waste comprehensive treatment system
It can effectively solve the problems of high loss rate of organic matter and grease and serious wear and tear of equipment in traditional pretreatment system, and realise the resourceful use of kitchen waste, with good economic and environmental benefits. The system includes: filtration system, crushing system, screening system, pulping and pressing system, heating and caching system, three-phase separation system and so on.
The combination of pre-treatment process and anaerobic digestion process can effectively solve the problem of harmless, reduced and resourceful treatment of kitchen waste, and has excellent economic benefits.
ㆍComprehensive treatment system for construction and renovation waste
The whole production line of this treatment system adopts fully enclosed design and is equipped with dust and iron removal equipment, featuring high productivity, stable operation and zero emission. ㆍRefuse Transfer Station
1. Refuse vertical transfer station
This system adopts the most advanced vertical compression technology, using gravity to discharge waste from above into the vertical container below. The system makes full use of the limited space and simplifies the waste transfer process. The waste compression vessel is the core of the entire vertical transfer system, with ancillary equipment operating directly or indirectly around the vessel.
2. Horizontal docking transfer complex
The horizontal waste compression transfer station adopts the advanced and mature processing technology of horizontal pre-compression + large pull-arm hook truck transfer, and the layout is semi-underground, i.e., the press is on the negative floor, and the transfer trucks are transported to the waste terminal through the ramp, and the central control system, air extraction and deodorisation system, weighing system, space odour system, high-pressure cleaning and other auxiliary processes are also selected to purify the air of the waste transfer station and to enhance the working environment of the transfer station. The working environment of the waste transfer station is improved.
