function. The strapping machine is a machine that USES strapping tape to wrap
the product or package, and then tighten and connect the two ends through
thermal effect melting or using buckle and other materials, so that the plastic
belt can be close to the surface of the strapping package, ensuring that the
package will not be scattered due to the weak strapping during transportation
and storage, and at the same time, it should be tied neatly and
aesthetically.
Although the machine is durable, but with the growth of the use of time,
mechanical wear, there will be some failure of the automatic baler, the
following is a brief analysis of the common automatic baler maintenance methods,
convenient for everyone to use:
One: Cassette processing
When the belt is stuck in the middle of the roller, or there is a foreign
body that cannot be removed, disassemble the washer of the hexagonal nut and
loosen the two M5 countersunk head screws on the middle connecting shaft. Since
these two screws are fixed in the gap part of the connecting shaft, the screws
must be turned on; Remove the connecting shaft and pick up the upper turbine to
remove the stuck object. Finally, the assembly can be restored according to the
above method. Note that the clearance between the nut and l-shaped bending plate
should be 0.3-0.5mm.
Two: Tied after the cut belt
There are many circumstances that can cause this situation, such as: 1. 2. If
there is oil in the sliding disc or belt, the oil must be removed; 3. If the
belt is too tight, lower the belt driving seat or adjust the motor back;
Three: Poor bonding effect
1. The temperature of the Waster Treatment Machine is too high or not high
enough, sometimes the special tape has poor viscosity, and the temperature must
be very accurate;
2. The use voltage is not enough. The voltage in many factories is often
insufficient.
3. The electric heating steel sheet is too high and too low, or left and
right, so it meets the upper and lower PP belt, or left and right cutting tools,
and cannot enter the heating, shall be adjusted according to the situation;
4. The smoke exhaust fan malfunctioned, making the temperature too high.
Four: Automatic packing machine can not take out
In this case, first check whether the "out band length adjustment" is at "0",
and then see through the tape process is correct; If not, see if there is a
foreign object stuck near the belt roller, this will also cause this
situation.
