Common faults and troubleshooting methods of garbage compression

cause of this kind of failure.
Failure phenomenon: garbage compression equipment normally opened,
compression and packaging process does not automatically stop, and is infinite
compression.
Solution: check whether the limit switch of the machine works normally. If
there is no fault in other parts, it is likely that there is something wrong
with the limit sensor. From left to right is the power switch, potentiometer,
reset button. If the head does not stop, and other circuits are not problems,
most of the sensor is now due to failure.
Debugging method: test whether the sensor is sensitive, and then fine tune.
If the pushing head works normally in a certain interval, it is definitely a
sensor fault.
Household waste disposal equipment of the waste compression station is recommended to use precision control
potentiometers.
1. Remove the small screw fixed on the black knob with a small screwdriver
and remove the black knob.
2. Unscrew the fixing screw and remove the potentiometer from the inside
side. You can see that the potentiometer has three outgoing bits, two of which
are connected to the computer board, and the other is disconnected.
3. Remember to remove the potentiometer with a soldering iron. Then replace
it with a new potentiometer.
4. Install the potentiometer again.
