Slag resource treatment system after incineration power generation

Slag treatment system includes feeding receiving unit, screening unit, crushing unit, transfer unit, dust removal unit and so on. The driving grab will catch the slag material into the hopper, through the plate chain machine to transport to the screening equipment, after the screening equipment heavy composite screen, the material is divided into 0-30mm, 30-1 50mm and more than 150mm three different size of the material.

During the whole system, iron and non-iron metals are equipped with metal recycling bins. When the materials are fully collected, the forklift will replace them in time. The system equipment and conveyor belt facilities all use fully closed work, and the equipment and conveyor belt are equipped with spray deodorization system and dust removal pipeline, so that the whole system runs stably in a dust-free and odor-free environment.
