Working Process of a Lithium Ion Battery Recycling Plant

The pretreatment process of Lithium Batetry Recycling Plant mainly comprises the following steps: after discharging the recovered waste batteries, crushing, magnetic separation, air separation, crushing, gravity separation, screening and other processes are carried out by mechanical equipment.

Shredde - Hammer - Crusher - Grinder - Separation Machine - Collector - Pulse Purifier - Classifying Screen - Magnetic Machine - Gravity Separator - High-pressure Blower

1. Shredder: Breaks batteries into smaller pieces.

2. Hammer Crusher: Performs secondary crushing of shredded materials.

3. Grinder: Grinds the crushed materials.

4. Separation Machine: Separates materials after grinding.

5. Collector: Collects and releases dust.

6. Pulse Purifier (Air Cleaner): Cleans dust generated throughout the system.

7. Classifying Screen: Screens materials sorted by the separation machine and removes large metal pieces.

8. Magnetic Machine: Separates nickel from metals.

9. Gravity Separator: Separates fine materials from the screening process, completing metal separation.

10. High-Pressure Blower: Maintains negative pressure throughout the system for material collection and air purification.
