Recycling Process

PEAKS-ECO Scrap Metal Recycling Center adopts a multi-stage shredding and advanced separation process to maximize the recovery of ferrous and non-ferrous metals from end-of-life vehicles (ELVs), scrap aluminum, scrap steel, and mixed metal waste streams. The integrated system ensures high recovery efficiency, consistent product quality, and optimized operating costs.

1. Material Feeding

Scrap materials are loaded into the recycling system through conveyors, loaders, or customized feeding equipment. The feeding system is designed to ensure stable material flow and continuous plant operation.

2. Primary Shredding

Large and bulky scrap materials are reduced into manageable sizes by a heavy-duty primary shredder. This stage improves downstream processing efficiency and prepares materials for further liberation.

3. Secondary Size Reduction

6. Air Density Separation

7. Fine Material Recovery

Fine particles generated during shredding are further processed through specialized recovery systems to capture small metal fragments that would otherwise be lost, maximizing overall resource utilization.

8. Final Product Collection

Recovered materials are collected into separate streams based on metal type and purity level. The final products can be directly supplied to smelters, foundries, and recycling markets for further processing and reuse.
